Food & Dairy Testing
After excelling for several years with environmental testing, ESS expanded the laboratory services to the food and dairy industries, and opened a laboratory in Bedford, VA in 1978 to address those testing needs. With a great emphasis on quality control and sample integrity, clients receive accurate results in a timely manner. The laboratory is staffed by a team of chemists and biologists who understand the importance of food safety and its value to clients and consumers.

All analytical methods are AOAC, BAM, and / or Standard Methods approved. ESS actively participates in laboratory certification and quality assurance programs sponsored by regulatory agencies. In addition to required programs, ESS promotes internal quality verification programs at all locations. |
