Clean Water Awareness May 13 2003 In an effort to promote clean water awareness, the Environmental Lab at ESS in Culpeper, Virginia is working in conjunction with Rapidan Better Housing on a program to encourage low income households to test their water. Homeowners in the surrounding counties of Madison, Orange, Culpeper, Rappahannock and Fauquier will receive a reduced cost coliform test for a limitied time with qualifying documentation from Rapidan Better Housing. ESS will provide recommendations for correcting water quality problems should the water test fail.
