Recent Event Participation:

American Cancer Society Relay for Life in Culpeper, VA

ESS is proud to participate and sponsor the Relay for Life event annually. Relay for Life is a 2-day event that inspires communities to raise money to find a cure for cancer, celebrate local survivors, and remember loved ones who have fought cancer in the past. The Culpeper event continues to raise over $200,000 per year for the American Cancer Society.

ESS supports this all-volunteer organization with it’s vision and mission to become a recognized educational model in creating synergy between local business and the school community and inspiring students to realize their full potential.

Pamper Me Pink

Promoting Breast Cancer Awareness and Detection, ESS teamed up with local businesses, and the Culpeper Regional Hospital for an evening devoted to women’s health. Guest speakers provided information regarding cancer prevention and detection, and the attendees were treated to massages, lotion, hand waxing, DermaScans, and many raffle opportunities. All proceeds will provide mammograms for women in the community otherwise unable to receive them.
